Christmas. Looking for a fun event in the South West

Every year we do a special Christmas event.
We've stayed at Bedruthan hotel for the Santa experience, Eden project for Christmas lights, The Polar Express and Longleat Christmas lights.
But this year we are stuck!

Anyone got any ideas?
Looking Cornwall, Devon, Dorset & Somerset

Bridgwater Carnival is worth seeing (there are other winter carnivals around Somerset but Bridgwater is the biggest). It is a bit before Christmas and usually takes place in early November. Its free too!
