Seeking Cornwall food shop recommendations

DD and I are going to Cornwall in October for half term. We are staying near Cambourne. My intention is to drive down via Lanhydrock and on down the A30 and I would like to buy some food from somewhere like a farmers market or somewhere we can support local producers, butchers, fishmongers or similar. We will be self catering in the evening on a lodge park and taking our Ooni with us. We will be travelling down on a Monday and back on Friday which rules out a nearby farmers market on a Saturday.
any recommendations where we could stock up with nice bits and bobs other than Lidl or Sainsbury's !

There's a farmers market in truro on Weds on the piazza. Try Ethringtons at Wheal Rose, there's also Trevaskis at Connor Downs. Both good farm shops and local to Camborne. Waitrose in truro has a Cornish food market. I think there used to be a decent farm shop in four lanes too, but can't remember the name. Enjoy your break

Good local fish mongers and butchers at St Agnes, but Ethringtons is also an excellent butcher

Trevaskis farm has a great shop with its own butcher , not far from Camborne either
