Scotrail kid for a quid

Heading to London next week from Edinburgh. Does anyone know if you can do the kid for a quid ticket all the way from edin to london? I've emailed scotrail and what's apped them but no reply and I want to buy the tickets before they go up! Anyone done this? Ta

It’s only on the scotrail network and you can only buy them on the train or from a ticket office .
