Gold/Emerald caravan locations on Haven sites

Can anyone tell me if gold or emerald caravans on a Haven site are likely to be closer to the sea than the cheaper caravans? Currently torn between a Signature caravan that's a great location but only okish inside, or a gold one which is much nicer but no idea of it's proximity to the sea. Thanks.

We went last week and had a gold caravan and were not close to the beach, we were on the other side of the park by a kids play area.

There was a mix of all levels of vans near the beach side.

Give them a call and see what they say, sometimes you can find privately owned caravans at Haven sites on here

We had the option to select the actual caravan off a map nearer the time - you pay but not a fortune - and it didn't matter which level we'd paid for. Info might be on their page somewhere? We stay at Caister and have had both a basic and bronze a couple in from the sand dunes.

Haven now give you the option to choose the pitch location of the van standard you chose. Its an additional fee for doing it obviously 🙄 but depends on how keen you are on getting where you want.

I can't remember if it was at the same time as booking, or if it came through after.
