Has anyone done this?

if so, is it quite easy to grasp rules, play? DS is 12 but emotionally younger and can’t work out if he’ll like it or get frustrated. I think it looks brill.

I’ve done it - it is pretty straightforward so shouldn’t be a problem. The rules are a bit different but you have a couple of people who run the game and tell you what to do and when. Teams take turns to roll the dice and move around a smaller board where if you land on a Property or special square you have to complete a challenge to win - basically a mix of puzzles and escape room type things so a mix of thinking and more physical challenges.
