Cornwall (or other south coast) caravan with toddler recommendations?

Looking for a caravan this summer and wondered if anyone had any recommendations?

Top priorities are:

1. must be nice and clean
2. not too far from a nice, toddler friendly beach
3. lots of local walks
4. some toddler activities near by (swimming, maybe a farm or zoo etc)
5. budget not too much of an issue

Any personal recommendations would be hugely welcome. Thanks!

Hoburne Devon Bay in Paignton is great with toddlers. It’s got indoor soft play, indoor pool with flume and is within 20 mins walk of the beach. There’s enough to do nearby to fill a couple of weeks!
