Hi,

For my daughter's 9th birthday we are going to London for a couple of nights, we're going to watch a show on the first night and have a rough plan of going to the London Eye at some point but I'm hoping for some recommendations of places to go/ eat.

My girls are pretty chilled, they love a pretty looking place, glitter, sparkles, Taylor Swift etc. although they're also massively into sport, football and my eldest is big into science. With food, no real remit to what type of food, they love most things although my youngest isn't fussed on seafood.

Any help appreciated, points for places that have photo opportunities because my eldest is a huge poser who'll want to use them for her return to school presentation 🤣

Science museum is free and worth a visit.
Neds noodle box near the London eye was a hit with my son, he loved the American style takeout box it’s served in.
Bubble waffle wrap in China town is fab for an insta worthy dessert.

Would they like to go for afternoon tea? There are some child-friendly ones and it would also be very photogenic!

The Parlour at Fortnum's, ice cream sundaes etc - less formal than afternoon tea.

The Science museum is free to get in, but it’s worth paying extra to access the wonderlab

Yes they'd absolutely love afternoon tea.

Science Museum
Wellcome Collection
Afternoon tea at Sketch (made for fab pictures — especially the loos!)
Princess Diana Memorial Gardens
China town — Peking duck, or Korean BBQ, then there’s a bakery that does fish shaped ice cream cones

Whatever you do I’m sure you’ll have a fab time!

My DC and niecrs/ nephews loved hard rock. They are allowed to take photos of the memorbila. I like the one near the Ritz.
