With a 10& 13 year old…we’ve stayed in a treehouse, which was brilliant, and a little underground hobbit house so looking for something fun & different like that? I’m trawling through Airbnb & Coolstays but wondered if anyone had stayed somewhere specific they’d recommend?

Have you looked at the Landmark Trust?

We've booked a stay next month with these - lots of options, but as I've not been I can't vouch for them - but these are just a hosting service like AirBnB

A lighthouse? No idea where but always fancied that!

Not cheap but animal lodges at West Midlands safari park, or Port Lympne.

Stayed in a windmill (without the sails) a few years ago. Decorated to a really high spec, hot tub outside, four poster bed, that kind of thing.

It was somewhere near Northampton and was called something like Brandeston.
