What would you do in London with this time?

Hi,
I'm doing a training course in London in a couple of weeks. The course will be for two days 9-6. Me and my husband are staying at a hotel near London Bridge.
I'll have some time around the course to do touristy/fun things.
We will be free 3pm onwards the first day, 7pm onwards the second day, 7pm onwards the third day then all day til 4pm on the last day.
I'm hoping not to spend tons so we are thinking street food over full restaurant meals.
I'd love some inspiration for fun things or places to head to, as a couple in our 40s who barely travel to London.
Thanks,

https://www.8bishopsgate.com/lookout book to go up the 8 bishopsgate building nearby- its free. Or the sky garden is very pretty.

The HMS belfast is right there on the river and I really enjoy looking around. There is The Old Operating Theatre Museum right by the Shard which is fun for a wander.

The Old Thameside Inn is reasonably priced and a lovely spot to eat a pub meal by the river.

Not sure if you'll be in time to get tickets for your arrival, but the Ceremony of the Keys at the Tower from 11.30p-12:05a is great fun and extremely atmospheric.

Borough Market for food. Leadenhall Market is also worth a look.

Tate Modern is open until 6p (they have some late night events as well).

For your free day, The Tower, if you've never been there. You're also close to the Sir John Soane's Museum, a very interesting visit.

Have fun!

Mercato Metropolitano or Flatiron Square for food and drink in that area.

Borough Market for food & drink.
Go to a show... "Guys and Dolls" at the Bridge Theatre is fantastic, and very close by.

Yes may try to get a 'on the day' ticket for a show
