A peaceful place for 1 night

I want to go somewhere peaceful and self-catered for 1 night on a Tuesday. Everywhere I have found is a 2 night minimum.

Any ideas of places in East Anglia, central England or the Midlands?

Heacham Manor Hotel has some self-catering cottage suites which you can book for just one night. Ditto for Strattons in Swaffham.
