Hotel recommendations South Wales coast

Looking for a lovely but not too expensive (£200 ish max per night for 2 people) hotel to take my friend for a few days . She loves walking but is recovering from surgery so looking for somewhere pretty with nice strolls on beaches and woodlands. Ideally easy reach to a railway station. Any suggestions welcome . No further west than Swansea/Gower - Pembrokeshire has some nice hotels but the journey would be too far for her.

Have a look at The Oxwich Bay. It’s right on a very beautiful beach and has rooms which can be done up as twin. I think it would be within your budget. There’s also The New Gower Hotel, slightly further from the beach.
