Usually we go to Bold street as it has a great selection of eating places.
But Rudi's Pizza is very good and near your location, I think the Castle street is nearest

I like Fazenda although possibly a bit ££ and Mowgli.

If you're with carnivores then the Cowshed, Seel St.

Also recommend bold street- always had great food there, whatever restaurant we choose!

Another vote for Bold street - mowgli is gorgeous, basically there's restaurants for whatever type of food you're in the mood for.

Whichever of the Elite Bistros restaurants is in Liverpool. I can't remember which one is there, but they'd always be my first choice.

Mowgli - Indian food with a twist - original smaller restaurant on Bold street and larger one on Castle street highly recommend the tamarind fries !

I second the fries - one of my favourite foods ever!!

I love the London carriage works on hope street but it's more pricey than the likes of mowgli.

Italian club (pasta etc.) and their sister restaurant italian club fish ( er.. fish) also good on Bold st. Most of the Bold st restaurants pretty popular so I recommend booking.
