Half way between Glasgow & Birmingham

I'm looking for a recommendation for a place to stop roughly half way between Glasgow & Birmingham that has a rapid electric car charger, somewhere to eat and maybe a play park, country park or soft play for the kids to stretch their legs.
Not looking for much 😁 I'm having a look online but thought I'd ask here incase anyone had been to the perfect place!

We've been to Tebay a few times, I think only teslas can charge there. Will double check though.

Southbound is Tesla only. There are three ccs and one chademo on northbound side. Not brilliant

What about Preston? There are loads of charging points and there are various activity places.

This is near a charging point and there are loads of places to eat, You might need to walk 5-10 mins.
