Tickets for infants

Any idea when booking online flights do we pay for infant 10percent of a tickets or fullsince he sits in parents lap no need to pay?

You pay for a ticket.
They won't let him on the flight without it and you also need a passport.
He should get his own allowance of usually a couple of baby items including car seats or prams so you don't need to use yours. Most airlines carry cars eats free of charge even if you have a no hold luggage ticket
