DC are going interrailing through Britain and onto France (from Dublin) and planning on stopping their first night in Holyhead before getting the train to London.
They'll be on foot so need somewhere reasonable walking distance from ferry terminal and train station. I've only ever driven through Holyhead so can offer no advice to them
