Holiday park 3 children and 1 adult

Hi,
Last-minute panic that I've got absolutely nothing booked for Easter break. Would love a UK holiday park with lodge/caravan that would be suitable for 3 under 7. I'll be taking them on my own as dh in work. Would rather not have the option of pool as they all love swimming and would be disappointed they couldn't go. Due to their ages, I'd need another adult to keep them safe in pool. Could be okay in a very small pool with aids but usually these places have slides and wave machines etc.

They love beach, rock pools, nature, animals. Just need somewhere they can explore quite safely and it's a bit more exciting than being at home! If anyone has any ideas let me know! South West UK ideally.
