Just looking for advice and to hear any of your experiences using the above service. I got myself into a predicament which was completely my fault. I didn’t realise my DD passport would be expiring next month and I’m due to travel this coming Monday. I had my appointment in the morning at Peterborough passport office on Tuesday morning this week, and gave in all the documents. I’ve been calling every day asking for an update. I’m just a bit worried. Can someone tell me of their experience and how long it took for them to receive a new passport?
I’m so stressed out at the moment, and I am travelling due to a family member being ill.
