We are meeting some friends in town for lunch on Saturday. DD quite rightly goes a bit mad when she is kept in the stroller for too long. Where do we go? Somewhere to keep us all amused (the other couple are in their 50's and dont have children) and somewhere half decent for lunch that doesnt mind very messy, occassionally screaming toddler? Any ideas? ANyone been anywhere recently they could recommend?
I thought London Aquarium but lunch options seem limited unless you like sushi.

If weather is nice how about St James' Park?-your dd can run around and there is lovely cafe/restaurant slap bang in the middle of park.

Thanks both. Didnt even think of St james's park. Worked in St. James's for 10 years before dd but completely forgot it also has a small playground area.

Wagamama! Excellent idea.
