I want to treat my friend to a birthday day out. We usually end up having a pub meal or an afternoon tea. I am looking for something or somewhere nice to mooch about and have some lunch - nothing to pricey. Ideally somewhere like Winchester or Alton because we live either side of the county and these are halfway ish. Thanks x
