Luxury glamping or similar

Any recommendations for luxury glamping or something similar/alternative please for a big birthday for myself and my partner and my two adult children (ideally they'd have their own accommodation adjacent). Ideally in the South of England (Sussex, New Forest, Dorset maybe). Would be looking for a nice activity to do (cycling/walking) and maybe a nice meal out whilst staying.

I’ve just remembered Fisherman’s Huts in Whitstable and Elmley Nature Reserve

look up Eagles Nest at Greyfriars, via Coolstays walking distance to the beach, superb accomodation with distant sea views ...hot tub in the private garden.
Rye nearby for food, fab shopping and bars..
East sussex coast.
