Brighton - 2 for 1 cocktails recommended but not too messy bar?

I have been asked to source somewhere in Brighton for 2 for 1 cocktails (or at least reasonably priced ones) next Friday or Saturday for 3, age 40+ adult couples on Brighton weekend trips. Does anyone know of somewhere like this which won't be too messy (ie not hen or stag mayhem)? Thanks.

Maybe somewhere like a stylish hotel bar? Less frenetic than the stag and hen do places.

Hotel du vin will not be cheap or have 241! The Plotting Parlour and Valentinos are lovely

Looks like Hotel Du Vin do a happy hours on a Friday (or am I reading it wrong?). £8 champagne cocktail but not sure about a two for one. Personally, I'd rather pay a little bit more and have a seat and a quieter but still classy environment. But, I am older than 40 something!

The Plotting Parlour is great but extremely expensive. You have to book it in advance. I think the last time I went it cost £100 for 8 drinks, but that was several years ago. They’re not a 2-4-1 type of place.
The Mesmerist do cocktails and have a secret 70s cocktail room behind a mirrored door.
