Snooker room v luxury lounge?

If you were offering AirBnB accommodation (3 x double rooms), would you prefer a separate snooker room, or a luxury lounge in this space instead?
The existing sofas are in an open plan kitchen/dining/living space which could (should?) be repurposed to accommodate the existing breakfast table and a large dining table.
Asking for a "friend". 😉

Luxury lounge with a table big enough for board games and jigsaws

You again?

Bigger lounge is better since you're targeting couples (with 3 double bedded rooms). A snooker room is more useful for families but you said on your other thread that children won't be allowed.

You really need to work out your target market and then furnish /design accordingly.

I'm not the OP, I just didn't get a chance to suggest that a better use of the space would be a lounge in the snooker room and a big dining table where the existing sofas had been arranged.

There was a TV in the snooker room but nowhere to sit and nowhere to put down your glass / bottle of beer.
