Whipsnade overnight stay

Hi... we are planning on coming to the UK next Easter and have been looking at the overnight stays at Whipsnade. They aren't cheap but I wondered if anyone has been and has any views on whether it is worth the money? Thanks.

We (myself and husband, pre children) did this a few years ago. We really enjoyed it. Got to go around the zoo after it had closed and during sunset so animals like the lions and tigers were much more active. In the morning we got to go and feed the brown bears and some of the other animals too. The food and accommodation was good too. If you enjoy zoos/animals etc then I think you would definitely enjoy it.

We did this years ago with dd. It was great BUT the pods are TINY. Literally no floor left if you have both beds out. So there's that. But the zoo experience was fab!!!
