ask the hotel if they have cots- although are they skanky
travel cot[although may be a waste of space and time and money for one night ]

The travel cots that they have are very good and they usually have a baby pack (wipes etc) too.

Well the UK is a big place ? Did you have anywhere in mind ?

We have used travel cots in a number of hotels, they have always been fine.

Travel cot is a useful investment though because it can be used until they are about 2 or so.

Lots of hotels have a second bedroom area in the same room if you want a bit more space.
