Country hotel for October half term

Looking for somewhere cosy to hole up in over October half term for just a few nights with a 9 and 12 year old…we’ve been to Carden Park in Chester& the Belfry near Brum & really enjoyed those but I’m drawing a blank in my research!

Not been but I've seen Grantley Hall in Ripon mentioned more than once.

Slaley Hall sounds very similar to where you have been previously. We loved it.
