Hi all
Driven myself mad this afternoon looking for a break between Xmas and New year including..

Ideally self catering lodge / cottage but with the option to use Hotel spa, pool restaurant, etc

Dog friendly

Ideally 3 bedroom but could cope with 2 bedroom and a kid on sofs bed. 5 people

So Rudding Park lodges looked good, but no pets
Forest holidays good but no pool or restaurant to hand

Any ideas really appreciated. Ideally, within 3 hours of Liverpool. Cheers
