Child friendly café/pub in central Oxford

I have just booked tickets to take my DS1 to an afternoon concert at the Story Museum in Oxford (opposite Christ Church), as a fouth birthday present.

Where would be a nice, child friendly, casual place to have lunch nearby? Ideally on the way from the train station. I went to university in Oxford 15ish years ago, so know the city quite well but no idea about where is good for kids. DS is quite a picky eater but will be very happy with beans on toast/tomato pasta/sausages/usual kids' menu fare.

I want to take him for an ice-cream at G+D's nearby afterwards, but would never be able to get him to eat something savoury first with all the delicious ice cream on display!

I like Browns cafe in the Covered Market. Not sure what their children's fare is though.

The cafe at the story museum itself. Quirky story based decor.

Oh, the Story Museum café looks perfect. Thanks!
