Looking for restaurant recommendations for October half term, I'm sure we walked past a restaurant that looked as if it had theatre seats in it which looked interesting?!

There's a street of cool little bars & restaurants in Exmouth Market - just south of Angel close to Saddlers Wells

@VanillaFlotilla Sadler's wells ie ballet? My daughter is a dance fiend so if so, that would be immense and the boys can suck it up! We did the NFL at Wembley last year so our then now!

Oh yes do it! They actually put on all different types of dance performances there including modern styles.

The place that has the theatre seats is the King's Head pub or possibly the Red Lion (which is a theatre pub, but can't remember if they have theatre seats). If you're going to Sadler's Wells, I would agree, Exmouth Market. Just a short pootle away.

Not sure what is there now, but there used to be a Momo and a Greek restaurant. I think there's a good burger place there too. That might be a good bet.

Angel is in a family friendly area so most of the many restaurants on nearby Upper Street will be fine for kids. Wagamama has a decent kids menu, there is one in the Angel shopping centre, close to the tube station.

Cafe la Divina is a great Italian, it has a old fiat 500 on the wall!
