London city airport check in time

I am travelling hand luggage only? Is it the same as LHR and be there over an hour before

The flight is 0700

I wouldn’t go any less than an hour before, most flights say they close boarding 30minutes before departure and early morning they tend to like to board early and be ready to leave on time. It’s also a big business commuter airport so mornings can be busy.
