Making a claim for coach ticket refund?

Hi, I cannot find anything on their website, I had a coach ticket to Heathrow and the bus never showed up, what is the process to claim a refund? I was never in this situation before, it's so easy with train companies but with National Express not clear at all and there are no forms online.

Thanks, I've seen this but it's for people that want a refund because they don't want the service, not because service was not provided.
