London on a Monday afternoon

I have an afternoon to kill in London between a medical appointment and evening appointment. Don’t really fancy shopping or a museum/art gallery. Would have loved to see a matinee of a show but I don’t think anywhere has matinees on a Monday. Any ideas?! Thanks

Cinema. Depends where you are but the Curzon's and picturehouse are nice. Lunch.

Cinema for part of it definitely - I find having a few hours to kill actually more tiring than it should be, especially if I am on my own.

I did once just sit on the Circle line all the way round, but I wouldn't advise that!
