Suggestions for self catering North Wales

We're looking to book a holiday in October in North Wales

We'd like somewhere as a base close to a decent seaside town, but also be able to get to Anglesey and Chester.

Any suggestions would be very welcome!

We went on holiday to north wales at the beginning of the school holidays and couldn’t believe how lovely it was. We stayed in a lovely cottage called TyCanol.
