Wanted - Devon Cottage with pool, near beach, pubs etc

Hi

Looking for a recommendation for a cottage in Devon (or Cornwall). We really want a cottage, can be part of a complex, with a swimming pool, and near to a beach.

Really need amenities near by, e.g. pub lunches, shops etc.

Any suggestions?

We've used Helpful Holidays a few times and have stayed in some really lovely cottages, watermills etc. If you know vaguely which area of the West Country you want to go to you can narrow the search down.

They only do West Country houses. We're off with them again this year.

We've just booked for Easter on the Colmer Estate in Modbury, Devon. It has an indoor and outdoor pool (outdoor May-Sept) and is 6 miles from Bigbury. Haven't been yet so can't recommend but it looks good!

Try here www.kennacottcourt.co.uk - we've used them twice and it's fab ! Near Bude - pool is great, cottages are great and they have lots of place for children to play, including an indoor play room for littlies !
