Help me find a beach in Cornwall?

Should be easy but I think we want the impossible combo.

Fine sand
Parking close and walkable for a little fat legged 3 year old.
Toilets nearby.

We're in St Austell at the moment. Happy to drive up to an hour.
I've googled and can't see anything. Thanks 😊

Crantock or Porthminster at St Ives.

Mawgan Porth

Fistral, crantock, porth or harlyn bay if you’re heading to the north

Perranporth.
Years since we went but there are rock pools not too far from the carpark too which a 3 year old would enjoy.

Carne beach is south coast, or pendower

Carbis Bay

Beautiful Trevone in between Harlyn and Padstow. Lots of parking, cafe, toilets, beach shop. Sandy beach with big waves but with a stream/shallow tidal pool that's good for little ones to paddle and play. Rocky beach beside it that's great for rockpooling too.

Or Talland Bay is just along from you on the south coast which has all of the above except I'm not sure how the sand is now...it used to be sandy but think more of a mix now.

Porthcurnick beach is lovely, and Hidden Hut is great for food.

Pendower/Carne too.

Port Isaac? It’s like something out of a Famous Five book

Gyllyngvase beach and Swanpool beach in Falmouth both have easy parking nearby, toilets, and cafes.
