Best holiday park with a 3 year old

Looking for a staycation this summer holiday and wondered if anyone had a recommendation of great holiday parks for a 3 year old? Don't really mind where in the Uk, but would love south east way.

Requirements

  • not chavvy/butlins
  • some form of entertainment for little one
  • nice option for caravans or lodges, don't want basic.

Thanks!

i’m intetested with this thread as i want to know the answer too. Just move to england and dont know anything. The only holiday park i went is centre parcs and i love it.

miniworry · 21/05/2023 22:28

@Abcdefgh1234 yes we did Center Parcs in October and loved it but want to do something more coastal this time. We normally holiday abroad so have no experience of where to go.

We are staying in a lodge at Cofton in Devon this summer with a 3 year old . Looks okay with swimming pools and beach not too far. Lots of different accommodation choices.

CooCooCaChu · 21/05/2023 22:46

What's wrong with Butlins? Your three year old will love it more than anywhere else.

miniworry · 21/05/2023 22:48

@CooCooCaChu I totally get what you mean and imagine she would love it more than anywhere but we also want it as a break for us too and I just can't stomach staying in butlins accommodation. I know that makes me sound a bit of a snob!

Ladram Bay in Devon or Folly Farm in Pembrokeshire

Bluestone in wales. Perfect for little ones.

centre parch style lodges, golf buggies to get around the site in, lots of activities aimed at little ones. Undercover play areas, including sand/water play. And the pool is fantastic!!

Very near Tenby for beach/seaside. It’s actually within the coastal national park

We have just been to Hendra in Newquay and it was fantastic for our 3 year old.

Bluestone in Wales is the best
