Really nice hotel in North Wales?

I want to take the children to North Wales coast (preferably Conwy area) in May and am looking for a 'posh' hotel to stay in.

Anyone know of any?

Was that in the garden? I missed that. Arrived latish, had dinner, and had to leave early the next morning but was ne'rtheless very lovely. Fab breakfast.
at a lovely lunch there.
