Liverpool with kids at night

Looking for ideas of things to do in Liverpool at night with kids (10 and 13). Have lots of ideas for daytime.

DD likes to be active and so cinema / theatre not really an option.

Any suggestions welcome. Needs to be city centre (going in half term, Monday to Friday), and city centre based.

A lot of the active activities are 18+ after about 7pm but I think these accept under 18s
https://www.theclimbinghangar.com/locations/liverpool It's not quite in the city centre but only one stop on the train towards Southport.
There are loads of different escape room places in the centre https://breakoutliverpool.com/

Take them to arcades, you can also walk around the albert dock.
Loads of theatres, there are a few bowling/crazy golf/type bars and I think kids are allowed until a certain time.
They also do a walking ghost tour.
The big wheel stays open.

Nighttime tour of anglican cathedral where you climb to the top of the tower and view the city at night.

There is bouncehouse... massive warehouse of bouncy castles/trampoline things

Rollordome for roller skating

And there is a go kart place on the dock rd.

We did paddle boarding around the Albert Dock, from Liverpool Watersports Centre. It wasn't late late night but I think we finished about 7:45-8pm.

Lots of great ideas, the Watersports centre is very good, the Guided tour of the docks on a speed boat is great. Look at Bold Street for night time food, La Parilla, Crust etc

Billinge Hill is about 30-40 minutes drive from the city centre, its the highest point in Merseyside and offers fantastic views over Merseyside and north Wales
