Cheapest tube option for 4 day stay in London

We’re staying in central London for 4 nights (Mon-Fri) in August but I’m finding it hard to find any travel card prices online! Our nearest stations will be Gloucester Road and Earls Court.

What would be the cheapest way of using the tube for 2 adults and 2 children? It’s unlikely we’ll be travelling outside of zone 1 but will be using the tube every day.

Thanks

I think just contactless tapping in and out at stations - it automatically bills the best deal. Children under 12 free so just use the pram exits to go through - one parent with each child.

@eyeoresancerre brilliant! I didn’t realise children are free, really helpful thanks.

Look to £8 per day per adult - would be the most you would pay.

Under 11 sorry not under 12 but not sure anyone would hugely notice! Have a lovely time.

That’s really helpful, thanks so much.

Consider using buses too. £1.75 a journey and if you change bus within an hour of boarding the first it doesn't cost any more.

@plasticpens thank you! I was Googling myself mad trying to find the info.

I'd also advise getting the bus which is cheaper and walking. By the time walk down to your platform it can be quicker to walk!
