Has anyone ever stayed at one?

Would you recommend?

Yes! The one near Bedford. The couple that run it are lovely. We have been a couple of times to that site, really lovely. Great tents, happy hosts, pizza oven, fab setting

Yes been to 3. We love them. First place we went after the first lockdown so we could visit family. Love the glamming aspect if it. Fresh air, cooking on the wood burner but real beds! Kids love sleeping in the cupboard bed!
We've been to one in the lakes, one near Alton and one near Preston?

Ooo I think that is the one we have booked for after the Bank Holiday in August.

This might sounds really sad, but is there somewhere to charge phones? We will already have been at a festival for 4 days so will need to plug in somewhere!

We stayed in one near Nottinghamshire, it was in one word amazing, would love to return but it doesn't seem available anymore.

We did one in Shropshire when the kids were tiny (3 and 1). It was good fun and toddler enjoyed the milking shed tour etc. Low point when the baby ate a slug, but he lived!

I think it’s an easy, cosy short holiday that suits young families well but my mid-primary school age, perhaps more adventure/ culture would be fun.
