yippee - but what to do & where to go?! complete london novice here.

I'm jealous!!! it depends what you like and how much money you've got really.

My choice would be - start at the V and A and schlep around the fashion bit for an hour or two. Then coffee and cakes somewhere.

Lunch in Covent Garden and a mooch round there for a while.

Then over to the National Gallery and more cake at Saint Martin in The Fields (if it's re-opened yet; it was closed last time I went).

However - I love galleries and cake, so this is a very personalised plan!!!
