Advise on guernsey which is better?

Looking at 2 htl
First the grange htl st Peters port 2 nts 160 in August inc breakfast and has swimming pool or 2 nts les coils 126 for 2nts but no swimming pool but gardens to relax in.
Single middle aged lady looking for budget break .
Doing 2nts guernsey then 4 nts jersey .
Glts and ferry booked .
Any advise on area etc

Can't comment on the hotel as I don't know it, but Guernsey is gorgeous and I hope you have a wonderful time.
While in St Peter port- pop to the Roof to Terrace.
If you want to be out of town for a bit/ there is a circular bus round the island.

If you are only there for 2 nights it doesn't really matter about the pools. Get out and see the island as it's beautiful

Grange Lodge does have a pleasant ‘beer’ garden.

The grounds and gardens of Les Cotils are beautiful, so if this is an important factor over access to a swimming pool, I would opt for ales Cotils

Out of those two I would pick The Cotils - the grounds are beautiful and it is nearer into town.
