Things to do with teens in Brighton

We are there for two days over Easter.

What’s fun to do with teens? We like good food, art/graffiti and sport. Plus nice shops!

If they like shops, the best ones IMO are in the north lanes, just south-east of the station. Loads of vintage and groovy shops- my teens love them. Mind you, I haven’t been to B’ton for a few years despite living quite close, but I would assume it hasn’t changed much as it was like that since I was a teenager and has probably only got better. Loads of great cafes/restaurants and pubs around there too.

On a recent day trip mine loved-
Forbidden Planet, Cass Art
Moshimoto for sushi (inc for vegans)- comes on a conveyor belt
Messing about on the pier eg. table ice hockey, trampolining
Upside Down House was good for 30mins of giggles
We considered going up the big viewing spike thingy on the beach but it was a cloudy day and £££.

I know you can do it at lots of places but the Lazerquest is good fun on a rainy day.

There's a few escape rooms in Brighton which are brilliant

My teen is a fan of the large number of shove (2)penny machines on the pier, which is free to enter. There are change machines and I find that a pounds worth of 2 pences lasts us about 40 minutes.

The starling murmurations at dusk around there are pretty impressive too.

Get them to google the shops around North Road and the Lanes.
