Afternoon tea near Buckingham Palace

DD is finally receiving her Duke of Edinburgh gold award in the palace gardens. Looking to take her for afternoon tea somewhere nearby afterwards. Any suggestions please?

The Goring Hotel - it’s a 9 minute walk away

If money isn’t an issue, then The Rubén’s at The Palace. It’s amazing. If it’s over budget, then The English Rose Cafe.

Definitely The Goring. I've taken my mum there for afternoon tea twice and loved it both times.

Thanks all. Sadly all the ones mentioned were booked for when we went, I did book Fortnums though which was wonderful and I would recommend too!
