Looking for recommendations of the best caravan park you have stayed at in the UK, best pool, stuff to do, entertainment, quality caravans, modern and clean?

Can be anywhere, just looking for recommendations - thanks 😊

We can see this thread is quite old now, but if you’ve landed here looking for recommendations, we’ve recently updated our best UK holiday parks page with lots of great suggestions, as tried and tested by Mumsnet users and editors. We hope you find it useful. Flowers

i like haven hopton, right on beach, lots to do in the locality

I second cofton in Dawlish.

We take our touring van there and my parents rent a static van . It’s a lovely park, nice pool -indoor and outdoor , walk through the woods to the beach. Not the cheapest - there are cheaper nearby, but the classiest by far.

Check out Rockley Park Holiday Park in Poole, Dorset.

Whitley bay caravan park. Best for families. Lovely pool, soft play, park, arcade, childrens entertainment and disco, restaurant, and right on the sea front. Caravans are lovely too.

Yep me too! Used to go lots as a kid, and I love Great Yarmouth. Great times!

I really like some of the Away Resorts parks. They have some fab lodges with bathtubs in the master bedrooms. Doesn’t feel like a caravan at all. Loved walking Alpacas at Sandy Balls 😂😂😂

I can recommend a gorgeous 5 star park, but it doesn't have onsite entertainment (just two fishing ponds and a kids play area).

Whitecairn at Glenluce.
Lots of lovely things within driving distance though.
