Quiet/Small campsites North/Mid wales

We have a huge 7 man air tent and looking at booking a quiet, small and quaint campsite in North/Mid Wales (2 adults 3 dc). Bonus if it has electric hook up and near to the coast.

Really struggling, they’re either large sites or small with no electric hook up options and the pitches are on hills.

We have 2 toddlers and need the area to be quite flat for safety.

Thanks for your help.

We stayed here quite a long time ago not long after they opened and it was basic, beautiful, small, quiet. They seem to have expanded and tarted it up a bit but it still looks lovely.

I can recommend Pant Yr Onnen campsite on Bala lake in north Wales. It's not coastal but the lake and surroundings are beautiful, the campsite is peaceful (lots of families) and has electric hook-ups.

Not coastal, but have stayed at Aberbran Fach just outside Brecon. On a working farm on the banks of the river Usk. Unlike the nearby Aberbran Fawr, Fach has a "beach" on a bend in the river that allows access to the water - easily seen from Google maps satellite view.

We've stayed as part of a group on the field adjacent to the river (which doesn't have electric hookups - which the main (small) site does) so you may need to check that you can have access to the river if staying on the main site.
