Recommendations for Uk self catering holiday home companies?

Air BnB is driving me round the twist - I was thinking of something similar to Sawdays.

As holiday let owners we can recommend this company. We haven't used them ourselves to book a holiday, but many of our guests book with them every year.

After bad experiences with the big holiday house rental agencies we found this company:-

They have some lovely properties and you deal directly with the owner.
We arrived at our holiday house at Christmas to find the logs for the wood burner were missing on Christmas Eve. I made a quick call to the owner and he dashed over with them, and even lit the log burner for us. I can’t imagine the big agencies could have arranged such good service so quickly.
We have just booked another house for two weeks in the summer, by the sea, in Wales directly with the owner.
There are no agency fees to pay so it feels like much better value for money.
