Getting organised - New Year 2008, cottage recommendations please

Determined to do something different next new year (particularly with the disappointment that Jools Hollands show is prerecorded ).

We have agreed with another family that we will hire out a cottage in the middle of the countryside somewhere. We will probably need 4 bedrooms and somewhere north of Watford as we are in the North (we are in the Midlands, they are Yorkshire). Any good websites or other recommendations to get us going?
