Glasgow food recommendations

Travelling to Glasgow in a few weeks for a special 30th birthday. Does anyone have any food recommendations that would be suitable for a vegetarian? Not specific on cuisine!

The Hanoi Bike Shop is great.

Ox and Finch, Ubiquitous Chip, Dakota Grill, Italian Kitchen and KoolBa

Mother India. There’s one in Finnieston and one out at Kelvingrove. Maybe also have a look at soul food kitchen at Finnieston too.

Ka Pao, Dhabba, Dhakin, Spuntini, Bibimap, Italian Kitchen, Cafe Gandolfi, Ox and Finch, Chaakoo, Topolabambas, Paesano, Sugo. I could go on, so much choice for veggies and vegans. Have a lovely trip.

GLORIOSA is delicious, fresh seasonal Mediterranean vibe. A favourite. Roya also fab for mezze. Ubiquitous Chip is a Glasgow institution. Sarti's is a fab classic Italian on Bath Street with lots of veggie options too.
