Family Holiday let in Sussex

I'm looking for a holiday let for our family of four - we love the coast and just want a cheap house with central heating. Can anyone recommend anywhere please?

If you want people to google this for you then you maybe need to give a bit more detail.

Time of year? (guessing winter as you mention CH)
Length of stay?
Number of bedrooms needed?
Parking needed?
Any mobility issues?
Allergies? (might rule out pet-friendly properties)

You also need to give some sort of indication of what you consider cheap.

Looking to pay around £500 max for three nights at Easter time. 2/3 bedrooms, we don't need pet friendly, no access issues. We'd love to be within half an hour of any type of beach.
