Parking and room service in Brighton/Lewes - any ideas?

DH and I are in search of a weekend break with our 4 month old and would like a hotel or B&B in Brighton/Lewes with parking and room service - does anyone have any suggestions?

Not sure if it is in quite the right location but I recently found a B&B, Riverdale House in Alfriston, it looks lovely, owners also offer babysitting for evening & morning.

I found it on baby-friendly bolt holes which has some lovely places.

Hopefully, we will try to go sometime in the summer!!!
